With 19 years of success and experience, our program has scanned the fitness industry and hand-picked the best combination of training modalities. The workouts combine strength, cardio, stretching, yoga, and meditation, all into one workout. The most efficient away to lose weight and gain muscle, is to also eat healthy. Our team will work with you in that arena too with nutrition information and meal plans.
When you join our program, you are asked to comply to the "Code of Conduct". No just not showing up for Class: You are to inform your coach, in advance, if you intend to miss a workout. No arriving late: Arriving "on time" is late. Listen to your Coach: Get personalized "homework" assignments. Take the challenge: Enjoy weekly training and nutrition challenges personally assigned by your Coach.
